Parking and Entry

Please use the Brown Level Carpark via Pennant Hills Road—the designated entry point for pet photography. After your session, exit through the same location.

Guidelines for a Smooth Experience

• Arrive on Time: Sessions are on a tight schedule, so please arrive promptly.
• Entry Check-In: Upon arrival, check in with our staff and present your booking confirmation.
• Pet Requirements: All pets must be on a leash or in a secure carrier, well-behaved, and toilet trained. One booking per pet.
• Owner Responsibility: Owners are responsible for their pets’ behaviour and any necessary clean-up. Please dispose of waste outside the centre.

Important Reminders

Only small domestic pets—such as dogs, cats, and rabbits—are permitted. Pet owners must always supervise their animals. Any pets displaying aggressive behaviour may be asked to leave. For everyone’s safety, please exit the area promptly after your session.
